At Steady State Endurance, coaching is grounded in evidence and shaped around real people.

 

If you want to improve your running but also stay healthy and consistent, you’re in the right place. As a Certified Athletic Therapist, I approach training through both a performance and an injury lens. Your program is built around purposeful run development, with strength work to support your ability to keep showing up week after week.

We focus on building your aerobic capacity, managing your training load and helping you train in a way that actually fits your life. Progress is steady, intentional and built to last.
